Joe Jalbert is a respected and court-qualified forensic document examiner in New York State. He is also a certified handwriting analyst who has been studying the skill since 1960. In 1967, he began work in the document examination field, and he's never looked back. Throughout his career, he has provided his services in both civil and criminal cases for:

Education & Professional Development

Mr. Jalbert has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and has served as a mechanical engineer, project engineer, chief of construction, and the Director of Engineering for the Air Force. He's also taken Masters courses in Education, Psychology, and Tests and Measurement. Additionally, he has earned a Massachusetts lifetime teaching certificate for math, physics, and science instruction.

Mr. Jalbert's document examination career began with three years of training under Keith Ross, a forensic document examiner in Webster, New York. Today, he has decades of experience and continues to attend annual NADE conferences as a source of continuing education. He also is known for researching and publishing a variety of peer-level document publications.

  • Mr. Jalbert is a certified handwriting analyst who has been studying handwriting analysis since 1960 and Forensic Document Examination since 1967.
